The Free plan is limited to 5 users and 10 incidents per month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited usage.
Pro plan
Designed for growing teams that need automation and deeper insights. Includes AI summaries, workflows, SLA tracking, and full analytics.
Enterprise plan
For organizations that require advanced security, compliance, and dedicated support. Includes SSO, extended audit log retention, a dedicated account manager, and a signed Data Processing Agreement.
