Integrations

Batida connects with the tools your team already uses, keeping everyone informed and automating workflows throughout the incident lifecycle.

Communication

IntegrationDescription
SlackIncident notifications, slash commands, and auto-created channels per incident via OAuth.
Microsoft TeamsAdaptive card notifications delivered directly to Teams channels via webhooks.

Communication integrations

Both Slack and Teams keep your responders in the loop without leaving their preferred chat tool. Notifications are sent for every status transition and timeline update.

Issue Trackers

IntegrationDescription
JiraAuto-create Jira issues on incident open, sync status transitions, and mirror timeline comments.
GitHubCreate GitHub issues, update labels on status change, close on resolve, and add timeline comments.
LinearCreate and update Linear issues via the GraphQL API, sync status and comments.

Issue tracker sync

Status transitions are bidirectional. Resolving an incident in Batida closes the linked issue, and closing the issue in the tracker marks the incident as resolved.

Alerting

IntegrationDescription
PagerDutyBidirectional sync -- create PagerDuty incidents from Batida and ingest PagerDuty alerts via webhook.
Alert WebhooksIngest alerts from Datadog, Grafana, or any generic HTTP webhook with automatic normalization.

Alert deduplication

When multiple alert sources fire for the same service, Batida groups them into a single incident to reduce noise. Deduplication rules are configurable per integration.

Knowledge Base

IntegrationDescription
Confluence & NotionAuto-create postmortem pages in Confluence or Notion databases after an incident is resolved.

Communication Channels

IntegrationDescription
TwilioSend SMS notifications for alerts and escalations, and set up voice call routing for on-call responders.
