Managing subscriptions

This page covers how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Batida subscription. Billing is managed through Stripe, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Viewing your subscription

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing in the sidebar.
  2. The subscription section shows your current plan, billing period, and next payment date.

Upgrading your plan

When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
  4. Confirm the change.

For example, if you are on Pro (R$59/user/month) halfway through the month and upgrade to Enterprise (R$119/user/month), you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days.

TIP

Upgrading takes effect immediately. You get access to the new plan's features right away, before the next billing cycle.

Downgrading your plan

When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
  4. Review the impact: features that are not available on the lower plan will be disabled.

WARNING

Downgrading to Free removes access to AI summaries, workflows, custom domains, and other Pro/Enterprise features. Your data is preserved, but the features become read-only.

Canceling your subscription

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to all features until the period ends.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • All data is retained for 90 days after the plan expires. Contact support to export your data if needed.

Customer portal

Batida uses Stripe for billing. You can manage your payment methods, view invoices, and download receipts directly from the Stripe customer portal:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage in Stripe.
  3. You are redirected to your Stripe customer portal.
