INFO
The first person to sign in with a social method (Google, GitHub, Slack) creates a linked account. If that account already exists under a different email, the accounts are merged.
Signing out
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Sign Out. This clears your session on all devices.
Forgot password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive a password reset link.
- The link expires after 1 hour.
Two-factor considerations
Batida does not enforce two-factor authentication. If your organization requires MFA, enable SSO-only authentication (Enterprise plan) through your identity provider.
